We've decided to make this section because we've been receiving many similar questions, so this is to ease the trouble! Please read through before you send in your enquiries thank you.

- How long would it take for the items to arrive?
We send in our orders every time after we close the preorder and the items will reach us in less than a week.

- What is the material of xxxxx?
Please check if the material is stated on our site before asking as we've stated the materials for our items, except for the earlier preorders.

- Do you ship your items overseas?
Yes we do.

- How much does normal/registered postage cost?
We will tell you the confirmed postage fee after your items have arrived and we will mail your items out after we receive your payment for it.

- I can't pay via bank transfer/PayPal, are there any other ways?
You can do cash deposit, just head down to the bank and they will help you with it. As they don't accept the smaller notes, we will return you the extra money when we give you your items.

- Is xxxxx still available?
Some items might be available when I send in the order but it may be OOS after my supplier has checked all orders and packed the items.

- Does xxxxx come with the belt shown in the picture? 
Honestly we are not very sure as some items come with the belts shown in the pictures but some don't. It is also not stated on our supplier's site so we are very sorry about this. Please assume that there is no belt when you're ordering.

- When will the mass meet-up(s) be?
It depends on which day our items reach us. But usually we will make it on the weekend of the week we receive the items.

- Where will the mass meet-up(s) be?
We conduct mass meet-ups at areas where majority of our customers live at so it depends.
